• Or sell my art without my permission.COMMISSIONSAll commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Artwork may be used as profile pictures, banners, or/and for Twitch. You may not use my art for profit without contacting me first and getting the ok.I am allowed to post on social media unless asked not to. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.
- If you don’t want me to post or include the artwork in my portfolio for whatever reason contact me. I get some like to keep their characters/persona secret until a big reveal. Just talk to me and we can come to a compromise.FANART COMMISSIONSFanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/ect may take longer. It also may be more expensive for more complex character designs and details.
- I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet the request or if the request falls under subjects I will and do not do. Sorry in advance.TIME AND DEADLINESPlease Wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rushing/nagging me WILL NOT get your artwork finished faster. It will only delay the process or/will have me cancel the commission.If you are in a hurry or have a specific deadline that needs to be met then we need to talk it out. However keep in mind there will be a 2-5% tax. WILL ADJUST IF NEEDED OR IF I SEE FIT.
- The 2-5% tax for the deadline is in ¢ at max you'll have to pay 0.50¢ It mostly depends on how fast you need it completed.YOU MAY• Ask for updates on your art unless the commission description specifically says it doesn't involve updates i.e blind commission or mystery commission.
• Politely ask for design changes in the early stages, most preferably the sketch stage; and/or provide reference art for me to work off of.YOU MAY NOT• Nag or harass me to finish your commision early.
• Demand changes to the finished work and/or nag at me to change the little things.
• Ask for updates constantly even at ungodly hours. Go to sleep.Past/future character visual references would be greatly appreciated. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill the request and avoid unnecessary mistakes.
- Not providing a visual reference will not make me outright turn down your commission however I will turn it to a Blind/Mystery Commission.PAYMENT AND REFUNDSPayment is via PayPal or Kofi ONLY. Before I start on the commission a deposit of at least 50%(NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working to finish the rest of the commission.
- There are exceptions to this rule. If it’s a Blind/Mystery, Profile Picture Commision then I need to be paid in full.If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit or in the rare case I feel I cannot complete the commission. I’ll keep 25% of the total cost maximum and the rest will be refunded.
- Under any type of aggression or hostile behavior towards me I will immediately cancel the commission. I will keep 50% of the original payment. This also applies to creepy and downright disgusting behavior.Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit to meUnder any circumstances I ever get taken advantage of my ToS WILL HAVE stricter rules and guidelines.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above. If my ToS is broken I’ll be pressing charges if you don't respond.
